Overview
The Accelerated Apprenticeship is a fast-tracked version of our full Design XP program, designed for learners who want to jump quickly into real-world experience while still getting access to our mentorship and community. An apprenticeship lasts around 6-12 weeks and requires 10 hours per week commitment.
You’ll be paired with one of our partner companies and work on a real design challenge. Past partners have included AI startups, logistics companies, and design agencies.
We’ll spend the first couple of weeks on placement matching, assessments, and onboarding to ensure a strong fit between you and your company project.
You’ll contribute directly to a live product or feature under the guidance of mentors — gaining hands-on experience in UX research, design, and collaboration.
While you’re completing your apprenticeship, you’ll also get:
Access to Live Lessons: Attend any Design XP live sessions during your program.
Private Discord Access: Join our learner-only community to ask questions, share work, and connect with mentors.
1-on-1 Mentorship: Get personalized feedback and guidance throughout your apprenticeship.
Career Support: Resume and portfolio reviews, job readiness coaching, and continued access to mentorship — even after completing the program.

Once we receive your email, we'll book a placement call with you to asses your readiness. If you qualify, we'll setup next steps, and get you on your way to starting your apprenticeship!
